Instructor: Marsha Devine

is a professional artist with over twenty-five years of experience in graphic design, as well as a lifetime of personal artistic endeavors. Her BS and MSEd are in art and education, and she has taught extensively. In addition to teaching classes at the Arts Center she oversees the website.
